From sea to sky: a space shaped by

Located on the rooftop of EDITION Tampa, Azure is more than a bar, it’s a space designed to bring together good food, good views, and a relaxed, elevated vibe. Led by Michelin-starred chef John Fraser, the restaurant offers a fresh take on Greek coastal cuisine, served in an open, sun-filled setting.


Jessica was responsible for translating the culinary concept into a spatial experience that feels both intentional and effortless. From custom-designed FF&E to the selection of materials, and the coordination of lighting, landscaping, and audio design. Every detail was shaped to support both guest experience and operational flow.


Working closely with the teams at Marriott and Ian Schrager Company, the project delivered a space that reflects the EDITION identity while embracing a sense of place with clarity and precision.
