Where every plate has a point of view.
Lilac is EDITION Tampa’s most acclaimed culinary destination. Michelin-starred and led by Chef John Fraser, it brings together Mediterranean roots and fresh Floridian ingredients in a menu that is refined, seasonal, and bold.
Jessica developed the design vision for the restaurant, aligning every spatial decision with the chef’s philosophy and the rhythm of service. The work involved space planning, integration with adjacent areas, and the development of custom FF&E, ensuring that every detail supported the energy of the open kitchen and the intimacy of tableside service.
The space combines walnut flooring, custom lighting, and a handcrafted Christian Liaigre chef’s counter — all designed to reflect the elegance of the cuisine while inviting guests into a warm, social atmosphere.
