A modern trattoria for mornings, martinis, and everything in between.
nspired by the Italian coastline, Market at EDITION blends the casual warmth of a trattoria with clean lines and a modern edge. The menu features fresh Mediterranean plates, rich pastas, and Neapolitan-style pizzas from an authentic Italian oven.
By day, the space is lively and open, with a La Colombe coffee bar and fresh pastries served on a lush, wraparound terrace. As the sun sets, Market shifts into a more refined pace, offering spritzes and espresso martinis in a softly lit, relaxed setting.
To support the natural shift between daytime and evening service, the design balances openness, functionality, and atmosphere, integrating custom FF&E with lighting, landscape, and audio systems. Jessica led the concept development, space planning, and adjacency studies, ensuring the space performs with clarity and intention across all hours of use.
