A bar tuned to the light of Iceland.
Perched on the 7th floor of The Reykjavik EDITION, The Roof offers panoramic views of Faxaflói Bay and Mount Esja. During the bright Icelandic summers, it’s a vibrant open-air hangout. In winter, it becomes one of the city’s most coveted spots to witness the northern lights.
The design embraces seasonal contrast and visual restraint. Sleek all-black interiors create a quiet backdrop, allowing the surrounding landscape to take center stage. The wraparound terrace offers multiple outdoor experiences, shaped by the rhythm of light, temperature, and time.
Jessica led the spatial concept, FF&E development, and coordination with lighting, landscape, and audio consultants, ensuring a space that is both adaptable and grounded in its setting.
