Global brand, local landmark: reimagined from the inside out.
Located at Sumitomo building on Avenida Paulista, this Hard Rock Hotel project involved the architectural revitalization of a historical building façade and the development of a tailored interior architecture proposal.
As lead architect and interior designer, Jessica designed the internal flow and spatial distribution of the venue, aligning brand guidelines with operational needs and existing structural constraints. Her role included spatial programming, coordination with Hard Rock brand standards, and participation in approval rounds with local and international stakeholders.
